Give your team a clearer view of the records already in your CRM
A CRM can hold thousands of companies without giving a rep enough to decide who to call. We check those records against the customers you want, fill the agreed gaps and make the changes easy to see.
What your team receives
We work from the records you already hold. The result is an account your team can judge, with current research, the right people attached, and a clear line between what is confirmed and what still needs a look.
- Researched company fields, each with its source
- A score and tier against the agreed profile, with the reasons
- Each contact checked against the buying roles, and the roles nobody fills
- Possible duplicates and uncertain company or site matches, held for review
- What changed, what is still open and what was delivered, in the weekly report
What we need to get started
We need a sample or agreed access to your records, the fields your team relies on and your customer criteria. We also agree which values must never be overwritten, how possible duplicates are reviewed and where updates can be written. CRM access and field mappings are checked during setup.
From a company name to a record a rep can judge
The Meridian sample starts as a name, a website that was never recorded and a broad "wholesale" industry. The researched record adds the distribution model, the product range, the sectors it serves, a score of 84 with the arithmetic behind it, and five named buying roles with the status of each email. The number of sites, one role and one direct phone number remain open, and are shown as such.

We do not assume every old record should be overwritten or archived. An uncertain match needs a review, not a guess. Scoring criteria, update permissions and who owns a record are agreed with you, and some public information is simply incomplete or out of date.
What happens after the first delivery
Where you want it, records are rechecked on an agreed cycle, replies in your team's mailboxes are read for job changes, and new lists are screened before they go in. The weekly report shows what changed and what still needs attention.
Asked before people buy this.
Short answers. The full list covers setup, CRM connections, review and cost.
- Which CRMs do you work with?
- HubSpot. The research, the score, the people and the weekly report all land in HubSpot records and fields today. We are working on options for other CRMs; if you use something else, tell us which and we will say plainly where that stands. An export is available in the meantime.
- What might stay unknown?
- Some facts cannot be confirmed from public sources, some companies have a small digital footprint, and some roles cannot be found or have no verifiable email. In those cases the field stays blank and is marked as not found or not verified. We would rather show a gap than guess.
- What happens to the contacts already in our CRM?
- They are checked, not replaced. We confirm whether each person is still in the role, match them to a buying role, verify the email where we can, and fill the agreed gaps. People who have moved on are flagged. Nothing your team relies on is overwritten unless a rule we agreed says it should be.
- What gets reviewed before it is delivered or sent?
- Anything you ask to see first. Many customers review the first batches of researched companies before the rest runs. Outreach only runs if you switch it on, from your own mailboxes, with templates and lists you approved. Possible duplicates and anything we are unsure about are held for review rather than written to the CRM.
